Do you agree Republicans are underrepresented in the First Essex and Middlesex District? The last two election cycles Republicans lost two State Representative seats to progressive Democrats.
Are you aware there is a Republican Committee in your City or Town that you can join?
In the state of Massachusetts, registered Republicans represent 8.9 percent of the registered voters. Do you agree that the Republican State Committee needs to do a better job recruiting unenrolled voters to register as Republicans?
I am running for Republican State Committee in the First Essex and Middlesex District for the following reasons:
I have managed and volunteered for numerous local political campaigns in the First Essex and Middlesex district and beyond. Campaigns like Councilor at Large, School Committee, State Representative, Congressional, Select Board to name a few. I have the experience that is needed to increase our Republican representation within our district. I will work with each of the Republican city and town committee chairs to help them increase their membership.
It’s critical that each Republican city and town committee boost their membership so that when Republican candidates run for office, we can mobilize the committee members to help the candidates get elected. A grassroots effort is exactly what a candidate needs to be successful. The goal of the Republican State Committee is to elect Republicans. I have the experience, motivation, and determination to do just that. Are you with me? With your help we can be successful.
Thank You
Michael Scarlata
